RainFrog is open to anyone with a sincere interest in environmentally friendly investment. However, because the partnership originated with members of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme, RainFrog maintains strong ties to Japan. Tucker is a former JET and a former coordinator of both EcoSIG and Bicycle for Everyone's Earth. After returning to the United States, Tucker worked for World Wildlife Fund in Washington, DC. He is now based in Madison, Wisconsin where he is pursuing a PhD in Mathematical Biology. Tucker has been studying finance since managing his first investment partnership while he was still in high school.

Douglas was a JET for two years in Gunma Prefecture before bringing the Bicycle for Everyone's Earth ride back to life with the help of RainFrog president, Tucker Gilman in 2001. Douglas continues to live in Gunma (Maebashi City) where he teaches immersion English at the Chuo Secondary School.

While studying Commerce and Japanese at the University of Melbourne, Australia and at Hitotsubashi University, Japan, Craig worked at Merrill Lynch Mercury Asset Management. After graduation he worked at Accenture as a strategic management consultant for financial services firms, then moved to Japan taking the position of a coordinator for international relations for the Saitama Prefectural Office. After returning to Australia he worked at SIRIS (Sustainable Investment Research Institute) and is now working at a stock broking firm in Melbourne. He has volunteered with environmental organisations, particularly, ECO PLUS, a Japanese NGO focusing on environmental education and Economist at Large, a Melbourne based environmental economic consultancy.

Joey completed a Bachelor of Science at Queen's University in Canada in 2003 and went to Japan to study Japanese and teach English with the JET Program. Joey returned to Canada in 2006 and is currently an activist in the local food and farm movement as well as an apprentice on a BioDynamic farm near Kingston, Ontario. He and his wife hope to begin organic farming and processing in a few years' time.

Andrew graduated from the Institute for Social Ecology in Vermont where he studied ecological agriculture and permaculture design. He then moved to South Korea, where he has lived since 2001 teaching elementary school English and studying pottery. Eventually he and his wife will move back to America and hope to have a small organic farm and wood fired pottery.
