Monthly Meetings

On the first Saturday of each month, RainFrog holds a general meeting by email. These meetings are the key to RainFrog's operation. Meeting Logs are kept for each meeting held.

How it works

RainFrog's members research investment opportunities between the monthly meetings. They share and discuss the results of their research via the partnership's online forum. Two weeks before each meeting, members submit investment proposals to the president. The president compiles the various proposals into a single ballot which is sent to the members on the Saturday before the monthly meeting.

RainFrog members have a week to consider and discuss the monthly ballot. They email their completed ballots to the president on or before the day of the meeting. The president then compiles and announces the results. At the same time, the treasurer sends out a report detailing RainFrog's investment performance for the month.

After the monthly meeting, the officers work together to implement the decisions reached by the partnership.
