  1. Admitted Hideki Kitagawa as per section VI of the Agreement of Partnership.
  2. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to buy 200 shares of RailPower Technology Corp (RLPPF) at $5.40 per share.
  3. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to sell 500 shares of Adsero Corp (ADSO) at $1.35 per share.
  4. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to sell 50 shares of Canon (CAJ) at $69.81 per share.
  5. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to sell 50 shares of Intermagnetics (IMGC) at $39.19 per share or 100 shares at $41.05.
  6. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to sell 50 shares of Genesee & Wyoming. (GWR) at $39.25 per share or 100 shares at $41.12. However, ONLY if we can buy 0.93 shares of Canadian Pacific Railway for each share of Genesee & Wyoming sold we will sell 50 shares of Genesee and Wyoming at $37.38.
  7. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to buy 100 shares of Canadian Pacific (CP) at $40.81 per share, ONLY if Genesee & Wyoming is sold.
  8. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to buy 100 shares of CSX Corp (CSX) at $52.85 per share, only if Genesee & Wyoming is sold.

• February 11th, 2006

  1. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to invest in Intel Corp.
  2. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to invest in Owens & Minor Inc.
  3. Rejected investment in Honda Motor Co Ltd.
  4. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to liquidate our position in Adsero Corp.
  5. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to sell half of our position in Portec Rail Products.

• March 11th, 2006

  1. Admitted Steve Swingle and Bicycle for Everyone's Earth (BEE) as per section VI of the Agreement of Partnership.
  2. Authorized the partnership to waive the work requirement for 501(c)(3) organizations exempting BEE from contributing hours to partnership management.
  3. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to invest in Fisher Scientific (now ThermoFisher Scientific) and Sigma-Aldrich.
  4. Authorized the Income Portfolio to invest in Massachusetts Development Finance Agency.
  5. Authorized RainFrog to convert from a general to a limited partnership while maintaining the same investment and voting privileges as before.

• April 8th, 2006

  1. Admitted Lendri Purcell as a limited partner as per section VI of the Agreement of Partnership.
  2. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to invest in SunOpta Inc.
  3. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to liquidate 50% of its shares in Norfolk Southern to buy CSX.
  4. Declined authorization to invest in CANTV.

• May 13th, 2006

  1. Authorized Growth Portfolio to investment in Reuters PLC, Advanced Environmental Recycling Technology, and RailAmerica.
  2. Authorized liquidation of our position in Guangshen Railway and Portec Rail Products.
  3. Authorized liquidation of 50% of our position in United Natural Foods.

• June 10th, 2006 (Annual Meeting)

  1. Admitted Rob Morel as a limited partner as per section VI of the Agreement of Partnership.
  2. Elected the following officers for the 2006-2007 operational year:
     President: Tucker R. Gilman
     Vice President: Craig Robertson
     Treasure: Douglas Emmett
     Webmaster: Joey Pittoello
  3. Authorized Growth portfolio to invest in Beckman Coulter, Invitrogen, and eBay.

• July 8th, 2006

  1. Authorized the Growth Portfolio to investing in Equity Office Properties Series Preferred B and Equity Office Properties Series Preferred Series G shares.

• September 9th, 2006

  1. Authorized the Income Portfolio to invest in the preferred stock of only the top two most sustainable international banks, as rated by the non-profit BankTrack.
  2. Authorized the Growth Portofolio to invest in First Marblehead Corp, Trex Corp, and Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies.

• November 11th, 2006

  1. Authorized investment by the Income Portfolio in Community Bancorp and investment by the Growth Portfolio in Genlyte Group.

• December 9th, 2006

  1. Admitted Thomas Billion to the partnership as a limited partner as per section VI of the Agreement of Partnership.
  2. Authorized investment in each of the four proposed health care REITs: Health Care Property Investors Inc, Health Care REIT Inc, Nationwide Healthcare Properties Inc, Omega Healthcare Investors Inc.
