  1. Admitted as per section VI of the Partnership Agreement, Mark Tomsho, MD.
  2. Elected the following officers for the 2003-2004 operational year:

     Treasurer: Jeremy Edwards
  3. Authorized the purchase of shares of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters at a price not to exceed $18.02 per share.
  4. Authorized the purchase of series Q or series T preferred shares of Hawaiian Electric Industries at a price not to exceed $25.50 per share.

  1. Admitted as per section VI of the Partnership Agreement, Julie Fitzpatrick and Douglas Emmett.
  2. Authorized the purchase of shares of DQE Inc (now Duquesne Light) at a price not to exceed $16.57 per share.
  3. Authorized the purchase of shares of Guangshen Railway at a price not to exceed $12.29 per share.
  4. Authorized the sale of shares of UNFI at a price not less than $37.50 per share.
  5. Elected to vote the holdings of the partnership against the merger of Proton Energy Systems and Northern Power Sytems (now both Distributed Energy Systems).

  1. Admitted as per section VI of the Partnership Agreement, Zoe Culbertson.
  2. Authorized the purchase of 100 shares of Duquesne Capital AMIPS (now Duquesne Light) at a price not to exceed $25.50 per share.
  3. Authorized the purchase of 25 shares of Canon Corporation at a price not to exceed $46.50 per share.
  4. Authorized the sale of 70 shares of DQE Inc (now Duquesne Light) at a price not less than $18.47 per share.
