1. Admitted Jeremy Edwards as a full member as per Article VI of the Agreement of Partnership.
2. Amended Article VIII.B of the Agreement of Partnership retroactive to November 1, 2001 to read:
  Capital Contributions in US Dollars. Capital contributions in US dollars shall be subject to a front-end load equal to the average front-end load incurred by The Partnership in the purchase of all current investments plus the sum of the start-up costs experienced by The Partnership and the one-time cost incurred by investment in all current assets and the estimated cost of liquidating those same assets, exclusive of Japanese yen, to US dollars divided by the total value of the assets of The Partnership.
3. Authorized the purchase of shares of Active Power, UNFI, and Hain Celestia.
March 9th, 2002
1. Admitted Shane Morkin as a full member as per Article VI of the Agreement of Partnership.
2. Authorized the purchase of shares of Ballard Power Systems Inc.
3. Passed the RainFrog Statement on Israeli-Palestine Relations.
4. Authorized the purchase of additional shares of AstroPower (now GE Energy).
5. Authorized the purchase of shares of Proton Energy Systems (now Distributed Energy Systems.
June 8, 2002 (Annual Meeting)
1. Elected the following officers to one-year terms:
  President: R. Tucker Gilman
  Vice President: Jeremy Edwards
  Treasurer: Shane Morkin
December 14th, 2002
1. Authorized RainFrog to open an account with First Community Bank of Woodstock, Vermont (now Lake Sunapee Bank). Closed account with Western Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
2. Authorized the purchase of shares of Wainwright Bank and Trust, as well as additional shares of Ballard Power Systems Inc and UNFI.
