June 9th, 2001 (Annual Meeting):
1. Ratified the Agreement of Partnership.
2. Elected the following officers:
  President: R. Tucker Gilman
  Vice-president: Richard Goetz
  Treasurer: Rei Nakatani
  Asst. Treasurer: Garrett Ferderber
3. Suspended for one year article XXIII of the Agreement of Partnership.
4. Suspended for one year the following sentence:
  No partner shall, without 2/3-majority approval, make contributions which shall cause his or her capital account to increase beyond 1/3 of the value of the capital accounts of all partners," which is found in article VIII section A of the Agreement of Partnership.
August 11th, 2001
1. Authorized the purchase of 5,000 shares of Solar Energy Systems Limited.
2. Authorized the collection of dues from US-based members of EcoSIG. EcoSIG will be responsible for check cashing and postal transfer fees charged to RainFrog, but will not be charged a commission on the transaction. The rate of exchange shall be the official exchange rate as of the date of transfer.
September 8th, 2001
1. Authorized the purchase of 40 shares of AstroPower (now GE Power).
December 8th, 2001
1. Authorized the purchase of shares of Genencor.
